Fine surfaces with high scratch and abrasion resistance can be created from high-gloss to matt. The metallisation of the plastic parts is carried out using the environmentally friendly, REACH-compliant PVD process completely free of Chromium(VI). Here, too, a wide variety of colours and gloss levels can be realised by using appropriate protective lacquers on complex geometries. Furthermore, variations in translucency as well as functional layers for optical and radar-transparent surfaces are possible.
