For over 30 years, we have been manufacturing technically sophisticated components with high precision for a wide range of applications. Precision injection moulding is one of our core competences and a guarantee for consistently high accuracy.
All technical and high-performance plastics with part weights of 0.05 - 280 grams can be processed on injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 150 - 2000kN.
As well as conventional injection moulding, we offer 2-shot and insert moulding processes, utilising both plastic and metal inserts including gold or aluminium bondable contacts.
Fully automated production is preferred for large quantities to ensure high-quality and cost-effective series production. The systems are designed by us according to customer-specific requirements. Upstream and downstream technologies are integrated with the injection moulding process in one system.
The additional technologies available in our company, such as PVD, painting, ultrasonic welding, laser / printing and assembly, allow parts to be further refined or joined together to form assemblies. Compact workflows guarantee a high level of efficiency.
